Assign Technician

A technician will be assigned to you and will contact you shortly to arrange support.

Remote Support

The technician will attempt to solve the problem remotely via Teamviewer licenced software.

Onsite Support

If the technician cannot solve the problem remotely, the technician will arange with you a callout to your site.

Solve Problem

After the technician has solved the problem remotely or onsite, you will recieve an invoice.

Payment

The invoice is payable immediately via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or cash.
