We provide IT support / Computer Support to home and business users on an ad-hoc base. We offer remote and onsite support.

For our monthly contract clients we use an automated system that monitors your site 24 hours a day. The system has automated daily safety checks that checks if all backups were successful. The system also checks if the Anti-Virus is updated and much more. The 24-hour monitoring includes an automated service check that verifies services like Windows Services, Disk Space, Printer status, etc. We provide SLA’s and break/fix models to fit your budget and needs.

We provide IT support / Computer Support to small/medium companies on a monthly contract or ad-hoc base. We offer remote and onsite support. We do Remote Support via Teamviewer licensed software.

Assign Technician

A technician will be assigned to you and will contact you shortly to arrange support.

Remote Support

The technician will attempt to solve the problem remotely via Teamviewer licenced software.

Onsite Support

If the technician cannot solve the problem remotely, the technician will arange with you a callout to your site.

Solve Problem

After the technician has solved the problem remotely or onsite, you will recieve an invoice.

Payment

The invoice is payable immediately via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or cash.
